9 best supplements for prostate support

Saw Palmetto:

Palmetto is an herb proven to work as a BPH remedy. Take Palmetto 160 mg twice daily for 3 months and the urinary symptoms would go away completely.

 

Stinging nettles:
Stinging nettles extract help patients with BPH symptoms. There was a research conducted and it was concluded that 80% of patients had substantial improvements in the urination. Take about 200-300 milligrams daily.

 

Quercetin:
It is an anti-inflammatory antioxidant which helps the patients having prostatitis. It decreases the severe pain during urination. It is prescribed to take about 1000-2000 milligrams of quercetin daily and the prostatitis symptoms would lessened.

 

Harzol – South African Star Grass:
Harzol is believed to have the extract of African wild potato which is also popularly known as the South African Star Grass. Harzol is believed to help with the urinary symptoms as it is abundant in beta-sitosterols as well. Do not take this supplement if you are having diabetes because it lowers the sugar level in blood as well.
